Cars are prohibitively expensive in Nepal due to import taxes on luxury goods. Only the wealthy can afford them. Yet the roads are already becoming jammed in Kathmandu. This advert is next to the bridge crossing from Kathmandu to Lalitpur, where many live in temporary dwellings by the banks of the river.
